They provide neighborhood-based programs, services, and resources which strengthen the Greater Rochester Community, one person, one family at a time. Every dollar donated matters, and up to $2000 will be matched by Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield. Just one dollar from each person from the Nazareth Community will total $3600!
