What it is: 'Purse for Change' live designer purse auction
Where it's at: Temple B'rith Kodesh - 2131 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14618 (across from Brighton Town Hall)
When: April 18, 2012 - 5:00-9:00pm meet in the main lobby
Attire: Business Professional or Evening Dress...

Schedule of the evening:
5pm - Volunteers arrive
6-6:30pm- Welcome & silent auction
7:45pm- Live auction begins
8pm- Last call for silent auction
8:15pm- Silent auction closes and raffle winners are announced
Volunteers Will:
--Co-manage a table with 4 or 5 purses (1-2 volunteers per table)
--Keep track of the purses on the table
--Answer general questions Place checkout slips in the envelope provided and hand them to a head committee member (to be determined).
--Buy it Now: bidder checks-out at the table, you bag the purse, they can take it then or at the end of the evening (if at the end of the evening, place the purse under your table) remove bid sheet from your table and add the cash out slip to your envelope of the nights purchases from your table.
--VERY IMPORTANT- remove bid sheets from the table when the end of the silent auction is announced.
--At the end of the evening - cash out & bag up the purses fro the winning bidder.
--Assist with cleanup at the end of the evening
THE FUN PART: You will be able to purchase raffle tickets and participate in the silent and live designer purse auction. This year we have a special lounge for volunteers and will be providing food for everyone.
