Rochester, New York will get an exclusive behind the scenes look at the making of a new art form this week on Wham13, 10 NBC and CW16.
- Hear from President Daan Braveman about the vision behind the Nazareth College Arts Center Dance Festival.
- Visit world-renowned choreographer and Rochester native, Elizabeth Streb, in her studio in Brooklyn working with her dancers and a couple of Broadway heavy weights on the creation of STREB: FORCES, which premieres at the Nazareth College Arts Center Dance Festival on July 16 at 8:00 p.m.
- Learn how Streb’s upbringing in Rochester informed the philosophies about dance, movement, and action that earned her a coveted MacArthur “Genius” Award.
- View the documentary making artistry of Steve DelMonte, Ann Spurling and the fabulous team from Electronic Field Productions.
This exciting prelude to the debut of STREB: FORCES and the movical at the Nazareth College Arts Center Dance Festival will air on WHAM 13 on July 7 at 8:00 p.m. and on July 8 on 10 NBC at 10:30 p.m. It will also be broadcast on CW 16 at 8:00 p.m. on July 10.

dancing is one good way of physical conditioning..it makes the whole body move and exercise for us to have a good and healthy body..so discovering of new art form of dancing is great..im interested to follow the success of your new art form of dance.. thanks
